This Code of Conduct emphasizes the importance of honesty and integrity in all aspects of our company’s affairs. It affirms the acceptable and expected standards of behavior for all officers, directors, and employees of Flowers Foods and its subsidiaries (“Flowers” or “company”). We must demonstrate behavior that upholds the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct. Our company’s reputation and success depend on it. This code provides more details on areas to which employees should pay particular attention.

Recognizing that our supply partners* play an important role in ensuring that we maintain these standards, the Flowers Foods Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the principles and ethical standards we expect our supply partners to follow. This code supplements, but does not supersede, any rights or obligations established in any agreement we may have with any supply partner.
Flowers Foods, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Flowers” or the “Company”) may seek to participate actively in discussion of and debate on public policy issues that affect the Company, its employees, and its business operations consistent with the policies outlined herein.
