THOMASVILLE, Ga., May 27, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — Flowers Foods, Inc. (NYSE: FLO), producer of Nature’s Own, Dave’s Killer Bread, Wonder, Canyon Bakehouse, Tastykake, and other bakery foods, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, an increase of 5.0% over the same quarter last year. This is the 75th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the company and is payable on June 24, 2021 to shareholders of record on June 10, 2021. This action increases the annualized dividend rate to $0.84 per share from $0.80 per share at this time last year.

Flowers’ annual meeting of shareholders will be held today at 11:00 a.m. Eastern. Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 23, 2021 are eligible to attend the webcast and vote at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/FLO2021.
